| Job Description |
Our Client an
upcoming driven organization based in Abu Dhabi would like to appoint a highly
effective Chief Financial Officer. The candidate will be
responsible for the following mandate
|
| Key Responsibilities |
Controlling and supervising the entire Finance, Accounting, Banking &
reporting functions
Production of all financial and management accounting.
Preparation, review and monitoring different portfolios against agreed
benchmarks.
Advising management on risk management, due diligences, systems &
operational control reviews and providing financial advisory support in business
decision-making
Enhancing and strengthening the general control environment by detailed
review of existing procedures resulting in formulation, documentation and
implementation of new/updated procedures and checklist.
Develop financial and investment strategies to facilitate the achievement of
the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
Direct establishment in areas of financial and accounting policies and
procedures, standards and internal controls.
Custodian for overall financial management of the entity
Man management of finance department personnel ensuring the best performance
is achieved through clearly defined goals and objectives.

| Key Attributes |
Qualified CFA / CA / CPA
More than 15 years of work experience with at least 3 years as a Chief
Financial Officer
Should be currently heading the finance function of a large operation
Demonstrated experience in strategic finance management with high
achievement orientation
Strong and driving personality with excellent communication, negotiation and
inter-personal skills.
