Our client, a well renowned Diversified Group Company, have an immediate requirement for a Financial Analyst to join their team in the Dubai office.

The purpose of the role is the pertinent financial analysis of new and existing projects, providing accurate financial reports and projections to assist Senior Management in financial decision making.

• Pertinent financial analysis and feasibility of new and potential projects
• Preparation of budget reports and projections for Senior Management
• Financial assessment of existing projects in multiple locations
• Providing accurate and timely financial reporting on projects, with a clear line of communication to departments to establish the root cause of variances and recommend areas for improvement
• Infer information from Financial reports which will assist with Forecasting and Senior Management with decision making
• MIS Reporting in monthly time frames and also the preparation of ad-hoc reports as and when required by Senior Management
• Take initiative to generate reports which will add value to the progress of the organisation
• Utilising multiple financial modelling and analysis tools

• MBA Finance
• CFA
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a Corporate Environment
• Property Experience would be preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential as is the ability to be proactive and show initiative
