Our client a well established property developer in the region has an immediate assignment for a well experienced and result focused candidate to manage the role of VP Finance. The incumbent will be with strong operational, financial and management skills to qualify for the role.

• Monitoring of business performance and recommending appropriate action
• Manage and effective running of projects
• Ensuring budgets and time lines are adhered to
• Project feasibilities to ensure for pertinent management decisions
• Maintain Stringent Financial management with internal controls
• Involvement with on project expenditure and mitigating costs
• Long-term financial forecasts and related operating budgets.
• Presenting of MIS reports to management with recommendations vis-à-vis progress and key performance indicators.
• Overseeing team performance and monitoring work of subordinates with a view to achieving financial and operational goals.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable with stringent efficiency

• CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA in finance
• 7 + years of experience in a similar role is sought
• Extensive Financial Modelling and Evaluation skills
• Business analysis with good time and project management skills a must
• Working experience within a large group is preferred
• Experience working in the Middle East region preferred
