Our client, a well renowned luxury developer in the Middle East have an immediate requirement for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team in marketing Niche Luxury projects in the GCC and Levant. The purpose of the role is to create an effective Marketing strategy which will ensure optimum publicity to be seen as the luxury developer of choice in the Region. |
| Key Responsibilities |
- Creating annual marketing strategy and plan for projects in the GCC and Levant Region
- Manage budget, minimise marketing spend and maximise profit
- Oversee all ATL and BTL marketing activities
- Manage relationships with external agencies and giving direction on advertising concepts, branding and PR strategy
- Involved with the creation of events geared toward High Net Worth Individuals to generate and increase awareness of the project
- Creative skills are essential to communicate with the Creative Team and be hands on involved in the creation of marketing concepts toward different target markets

| Key Attributes |
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing
- Creative Skills are essential
- Exposure to branding, advertising, PR and Events
- Previous experience in the marketing of luxury products such as Yachts, Property and/or High End Jewellery
- Experience working within an agency is preferred
- Candidate must be willing to travel as and when required
