Job Description

Our client, a well renowned Property Developer, has an immediate requirement for a Finance Manager for their new hospitality developments in the UAE and GCC.

Below are basic responsibilities but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the hotel’s accounting and financial management
    requirements.
  • Managing the accounting department, procurement function and electronic data processing systems.
  • Provide the general manager and top management with
    meaningful and timely information on the status of the hotel’s
    performance.
  • Assist proactively with cost containment, revenue
    enhancement, profit improvement opportunities and safeguarding
    of the company’s assets.
  • Conceptualization of return on investments
  • Booking of investment transactions and perform operational finance
  • Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.
  • Advise on the proper allocation of resources
  • Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
  • Prepare regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets
Key Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any related course 
  • With at least 8 years experience in Hospitality industry
  • Pre-opening experience is a must 
  • Must have a strong ERP exposure
  • Male candidate preferred
  • With strong personality; presentable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
