Job Description

Our client, a well renowned Property Developer, has an immediate requirement for an Operations Manager for their new hospitality developments in the UAE and GCC.

Below are responsibilities but not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of a hotel to make sure that it is running smoothly and making profit
  • Oversees the front desk, housekeeping, human resources, and food and beverages service
  • Making sure that the guests have a positive experience and will want to stay again
  • Responsible for dealing with any complaints guests may have about their stay in the hotel
  • Works directly with staff, motivating them to do the best job possible and provide great service to hotel guests
  • Hold training sessions with staff to help them become acquainted with hotel policies and motivate them to help the hotel succeed
Key Attributes
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Hospitality.
  • Of which at least 2 years MUST include PRE-OPENING experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
Salary AED 40,000/-
