Our client, a Government Authority in Abu Dhabi, has an immediate requirement for a Senior Manager - Licensing.

The purpose of the role is to oversee the management of the strategic plan and licensing process, ensuring that all licensing rules, regulations and policies are complied with at all times.  Experience in Quality in the Education sector will be an advantage.  The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Recommending and executing the long term licensing strategy.
• Development of licensing policies, procedures and guidelines in Education.
• Overseeing Educational inspection process to assess complaine with regulations.
• Consolidation of quality processes in relation to the licensing procedure. 
• Instrumental in the smooth workflow and communication between the two divisions.
• Project management of licensing initiatives.
• Ensuring that KPI's and timelines are met continuously.
• Analysis of institutions for new license and license renewal. 
• MIS reporting to Senior Management on division performance.

• 12+ years of experience in Licensing with experience in Quality Assurance
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and/or Quality
• Proven track record in Project Management for Licensing initiatives
• Experience in Education is essential
• Excellent communication skills a must
