Job Description

Our client, a well established conglomerate in the region has an immediate requirement for a PA to the Marketing Director. The candidate sought will be extremely proactive and reliant. Candidate with at least 5 years of experience working in the UAE would be an ideal match.

The responsibilities would entail the following functions and would not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests for the MD
  • Organizing the managers diary, making appointments and scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Dealing with incoming e-mails, faxes and post
  • Taking dictation and drafting letters and reports
  • Carrying out background research into subjects the MD is dealing with, and presenting findings in an easily comprehendible format.
  • Standing in for the manager in his absence
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff and heads of department
  • Making decisions and delegating work to others in absence of MD
  • Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow and the organizing and storage of paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the general manager
Key Attributes
  • Well organized and systematic
  • Working within a marketing department preferred.
  • Flexible, resilient and a self starter
  • Candidate living in the Jebel Ali side would be more appropriate.
  • Ability to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results.
  • Possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Meticulous, professional and extremely organized
Salary AED 13000 (Negotiable)
