| Job Description |
Our client a well structured and progressive entity in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi has an immediate requirement for a well experienced and result focused General Manager. The area of expertise sought is in the area of Construction related building materials. To qualify for this challenging role the candidate will be responsible for these on going responsibilities, with a focus to achievement continuously:

| Key Responsibilities |
- Preparation of Business plan.
- Strategize the overall operation to ensure optional profitability.
- Responsible for the production, performance and maintenance of plants
- Handle marketing, distribution & sales, procurement, finance, human resources and all other related activities.
- Preparation of yearly budgets.
- Develop a multi-cultural team, whilst ensuring their ongoing development.

| Key Attributes |
- Possess between ten to twelve years’ experience, at least five of which will have been in a senior management position, gained from the Cement, Precast, Concrete blocks, Readymix, and other Building Materials industry.
- Hold a degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering or construction, or in business management.
- Possess strong technical ability coupled with commercial aptitude and general management skills
- Preferably have experience in a start-up venture that has grown to be a company of significant size and worth.
- UAE Experience preferred.
