Job Description

Our client, an International Services Company is looking to recruit a Salary and Benefits Officer to provide detailed analysis and support in the preparation of salary and benefits packages to ensure that the remuneration and benefits structures are consistent across different departments of the company.

The position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate salary administration
  • Maintenance of HR policies in line with best practice on salary and benefits
  • Preparation of annual budget report on salary and benefits
  • Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects
  • Administer salary and benefits related programs
Key Attributes
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or business related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in salary and benefits or other HR areas.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong background in transport or services industry is highly preferable
