Job Description Our client, a large professionally managed Real Estate developer is looking for a dynamic and result oriented General Manager Sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setting out sales plan and targets
  • Oversee all aspects of Business Development,
  • Setting out clearly defined Sales KPI's with the help of HR.
  • Creating a result oriented team and motivating them
  • Managing the sales teams by objectives
  • Identifying new High Networth Individual clientele.
  • Ensure Sales plans are executed to meet the orgainizations objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to determine customer trends and requirements.
  • Ensure research on Competition and strategize appropriate measures to superceed performance.
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing to derive appropriate marketing plans, events and PR representation.
  • Achieve targets through team and enhance their performance
Key Attributes
  • Minimum 15 years of experience preferably from FMCG, Banking, Automobile or Real Estate industries.
  • Experience with management of multiple territories.
  • must be managing a team of Sales Managers in current role
  • Numbers driven and ability to drive team to achieve numbers
  • Must be of a very assertive nature
  • Leadership attributes and to lead by example.
  • Excellent team management & communication skills.

 

 

Salary AED 100,000/-
