| Job Description |
A well practised Payroll Administrator is required for our client, a multinational organization in the UAE with its operation worldwide. The position is to be based in Dubai.
To qualify for the assignment the candidate will be responsible for the following mandate:

| Key Responsibilities |
- Payroll procedures and processes
- Document work flow and work procedures
- Regular audit of the HR/Payroll database
- Support for different reporting facilities available as part of the payroll.
- Update Compensation and Benefits policies
- Report changes/modifications needed using the ticketing system
- Quality check on monthly payroll data input and output
- Relevant guidance and training for the field personnel teams as well as to the field administrative staff

| Key Attributes |
- Bachelor degree in HR/Administration/Finance/IT/Math
- Good English oral and written communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of the payroll processes or Comp&Ben policies will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- Service oriented approach
- Fast (self) learner of policy and procedures.
- High energy level with ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a small and autonomous team with team player mind.
- Strong organizational skills to plan the work and meet deadlines accordingly.
- High analytical skills.
