Job Description

Our Client a well reputed group of companies of international repute and based out of Dubai is looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to report to the Manager - Group Consolidation and Budgeting.

To qualify the candidate will bring the following expertise to the role.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of consolidated budgets and financial statements on timely basis
  • Maintenance of records related to the consolidation and budgeting function;
  • Preparation of feasibility studies for potential investment proposals and analysis of proposals
  • Collate and review monthly cash flows
  • Documentation and accessibility of budgeting and consolidation data for assigned Business Units
  • Involvement in the project implementation to provide design specification requirements for the Group
  • Preparation of budget proposals
  • Assist the Manager in developing the policies and procedures and coordinating activities related to Budget preparation
  • Preparation of account reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Assist the Manager in performing the monthly corporate consolidation of all separate legal entities of the assigned business units
  • Forward deliverables to the Manager for review and modifications
  • Scrutinize all Corporate CAPEX/OPEX proposals and ensure that the relevant budget head has adequate provision for the expenditure
  • Preparation of periodic management reports on budget utilization, financial statements and variances
  • Collection and review of monthly cash flows from business units
  • Review and verify the financial reward
  • Draft and distributed Service Level Agreements for Corporate departments
  • Compute and distribute allocation of corporate department costs and centralized contracts
  • Provide technical or other support to business units as requested
  • Participate in the annual budgeting conference as directed
Key Attributes
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience;
  • Professional qualification desirable CPA or CMA or CIA, however not a must
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting, consolidation, budgeting, and project monitoring and related areas.
  • Thorough knowledge of Management Information Systems
  • Oracle consolidation software experience preferred;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical & problem solving skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Team player with an exceptional ATTITUDE
Salary AED 25,000/- (Negotiable)
