| Key Responsibilities |
- Develop working relationships and rapport with our project owners and team members
- Advise them regarding LEED and other sustainable building design, construction and management issues
- Perform research of green building strategies and technologies to enhance and produce valuable insight to the upcoming and latest technologies
- Prepare technical reports, tools, calculators, presentations and profiles
- Attend project design, coordination and site meetings
- Facilitate communications between key project team members with regard to energy, commissioning, indoor air quality and other technical issues
- Organize and manage project information and documentation
- Assist in identifying training requirements for the project managers within our different entities.
- Drive the Energy Conservation methodology and training throughout the organisation
- Provide technical, organizational and scheduling support to senior level consultants

| Key Attributes |
- Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental management.
- 5+ years professional experience with demonstrated advancement in sustainable building design and construction
- LEED Accredited Professional
- Certifications from, or affiliation with, industry organizations in the building sector such as ASHRAE, AEE and CSI are desirable.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas and processes through strong language and writing skills.
- Analytical skills for reviewing design and construction documents, technical data regulations, standards and reports
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project with an aptitude to learn new softwares
- General understanding of the principles that guide environmental design
- Ability to synergize well with both project teams and the Senior Management.
- Strong Training Capabilities, to motivate people to learn and implement environment sustainability
- A unique blend of leadership skills, organizational skills, technical skills, knowledge, creativity and time management valuable addition to the building industry. The incumbent will provide management through the implementation of such strategies and technologies through programming, scheduling, communication, research and creative problem-solving.
- Efficiency in organizing, documenting and finalizing projects to insure that all projects are managed in a timely manner with exponential results in service and delivery is a prerequisite.
