Our client, a government entity is looking to recruit an Advisor Demonstration - Research for their operations in Dubai.

This position requires individual experience in demonstration and research. Ideally, with urban planning, design and or architectural background.

• Recommendations for research projects in support of the organization's strategic plan
• Research and demonstrate as determined by the output of a variety of sources
• Develop project specific work plans including personnel, program and budgets
• Policy writing associated with the organization's activities
• Coordination of projects or project tasks as required
• Propose innovative ideas that enrich the city's quality of living and upgrade Dubai's ranking
• Identify best practices and propose proper demonstration schemes to be implemented
• Strengthen network channels to gather maximum information possible
• Ensure project specific expected outcomes are achieved

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Quality and timeliness of research
• Quality of demonstration documents associated with research outcomes
• Management of projects or project tasks within time frames and budgets
