Position EFFICIENCY PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description Our client a reputable Government entity is recruiting a Efficiency Project Manager for their Dubai based operations

To work with and support the Service Improvement Team in designing and implementing a wide reaching service delivery improvement programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partake in formulating the efficiency improvement projects.
  • Lead and assist in the implementation of projects with the designated teams
  • Involved in the overall execution of the division work-plan.
  • Conduct desk and field research to assist in developing the required performance and service delivery efficiency
  • Assist in preparing periodic progress reports
  • Identify and assist in resolving issues, ensuring the highest quality results are produced
  • Conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, equipment and personnel utilized.
  • Implement forms and reports, work hand-in-hand with counterparts to implement the methodologies and identify problems and improvements
  • Assist in preparing manuals, training packages, and new forms.
  • Plan study of work problems and procedures.
  • Gather, analyze data and develop solutions or alternative methods
  • Document findings of studies and propose recommendations for implementation of new systems and procedures
Key Attributes
  • Candidate must be a Graduate, Management or Public Administration preferred
  • 3 - 5 years experience in leading reform projects or performance improvement initiatives / undertakings
  • Experience in working with government
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning
  • Familiar with the Dubai Government institutional and legal framework.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English,
  • Solid judgment and results focused
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
  • High level of energy, commitment and persuasive
  • Ability to withstand work pressure
  • A team player and respectful of others
  • Work with people at all levels.
