Key Responsibilities	Management of team members Deriving of strategy and implementation Design, enhancement and running of division Instilling structure and processes to maximize performance Training and development of team members Being focal point of CRM activities Overseeing post sales activities Customer information management Customer queries post sales cycle Resource management and timely delivery
Key Attributes	Excellent communication reflecting service quality Willing to relocate to Egypt Bachelors level as a minimum 15-20 years of experience in Client Relationship Industry experience preferred Banking, Property Development, Telecom, Hospitality Management of a team of CRM Officers Expertise on CRM to manage time line delivery effectiveness Highly energetic and result focused English and Arabic mandatory
