Our client a well established and leading property developer in the Middle East is looking to recruit a well experienced Senior Management team member; if you are a Client Relationship Management Professional with the following skills then we need to hear from you and immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of team members
  • Deriving of strategy and implementation
  • Design, enhancement and running of division
  • Instilling structure and processes to maximize performance
  • Training and development of team members
  • Being focal point of CRM activities
  • Overseeing post sales activities
  • Customer information management
  • Customer queries post sales cycle
  • Resource management and timely delivery
Key Attributes
  • Excellent communication reflecting service quality
  • Willing to relocate to Egypt
  • Bachelors level as a minimum
  • 15-20 years of experience in Client Relationship
  • Industry experience preferred Banking, Property Development, Telecom, Hospitality
  • Management of a team of CRM Officers
  • Expertise on CRM to manage time line delivery effectiveness
  • Highly energetic and result focused
  • English and Arabic mandatory
