Our client a well established and fast growing organization with its presence in almost all the Middle Eastern countries has requirement for an Egyptian National Only to be part of their senior management team in the capacity of Head Of Legal.

The position is based in Egypt and we are looking for the candidate to have the following experience to contribute to the role more efficiently and effectively.

• Managing the construction legal side of the entity
• Drafting of Tender documents
• Managing of legal issues related to acquiring of land and licensing
• Permissions from government authorities to start work in time frames
• Approval documents attestations and
• Drafting of contractor and sub contractor agreements
• Incorporating legal practice in compliance with the International Federation of Consulting Engineers FIDIC
• Familiar and currently using the NEC standard forms of Contracts to mitigate contractual and construction risk
• Incorporating of JCP Standards related of Construction Legal Practice
• Establishing appropriate legal documentation ensuring stringent levels of organizational performance related to compliance

• Professionally qualified with degree in Law Masters or Bachelors
• Currently working in the capacity of a lawyer in Egypt
• Experience in the Construction environment
• Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC and JCP practices within the construction and or property development domain
• Well versed with government regulations and laws in Egypt
