Our client as part of their expansion plans is looking to recruit a well experienced and result driven Head of Operations.

To qualify for this role the candidate will be currently working within a large conglomerate reporting to the CEO and managing the day to day operations within the firm efficiently and like clockwork.

Experience in the real estate and or property development business is highly sought

• Oversee complete customer relations of the business
• Overlook the legal side of the business related to sales and purchase agreements
• Accuracy of contracts administration to guarantee quality of delivery to tenants avoiding discrepancies
• Management of the payment collections being received in a timely manner
• Overseeing agent management and enhancing the quality of performance continuously
• Enhancing the quality of service and CRM by overlooking the IT department for delivery excellence
• Paying an integral role with that of the HR Department sharing insight to improve morale, quality and growth of the people in the firm

• Professionally qualified with a MBA or equivalent
• 15 years of experience minimal required
• A mentor, leader who initiates and ensures delivery of expert service
• Working experience in firms related to service industry and or real estate and property development preferred
• Strong and effective people management skills are necessary
