Job Description

Our client being a master developer in Egypt is looking to recruit a highly qualified and sales driven Head of Agent Relations.

To qualify for this role the candidate will come from a highly driven sales administration role heading a sales function effectively through a team of sales personnel.

The role requires the selected candidate to enthuse the agents to ensure the agents or brokers market the developers properties as best from all stand points.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the agents with ensuring they have the best material and support to sell the properties to their clientele
  • Promote the properties to the agents by way of brochures materials, point of sales merchandise, Internet marketing options
  • Guide, mentor and coach them informing them of the new features of the properties, their unique selling proposition
  • Supporting with presentations and marketing tools to enhance their capability to capture the market
  • Inform them of new project launches, invite them to view master plans, models and building sites for a tour
Key Attributes
  • Professional qualifications MBA or equivalent
  • 8 - 10 years of experience necessary to be skillful
  • Highly skilled in supporting agents with innovative selling materials
  • Extremely articulate and with good experience in a sales administration or sales role
  • Able to create ambassadors of the agents of our client
  • Smart well presented and dynamic in his approach with dealing with people
  • Ensuring that the properties on sale with agents is their first choice for their clientele
Salary Salary will be based on experience and recorded achievements
