| Job Description |
Our client a diversified group is looking to recruit a Legal Manager for their Dubai based office.
|
| Key Responsibilities |
- Manage the integral legal function and provide best legal support to the organization.
- Preparing all legal documentation in relation to construction and contracting matters.
- Dealing with construction companies and professional consultancies, including, but not limited to Architectural and Engineering firms.
- Drafting all construction and consultancy contracts (FIDIC experience is mandatory)
- Legal documentation review in English and Arabic.
- Manage legal risks, liaise with other departments and interface with external lawyers.
- Perform other similar or related duties as assigned, such as translating confidential correspondence or documents, maintaining legal files of cases or investigations in progress.

| Key Attributes |
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
- FIDIC experience is essential
- At least 7 years of legal experience, 2 years of which must be in the UAE or Middle East
- Excellent knowledge of Construction related Law
- An excellent communicator with good business sense
- He/She must have high level of commitment, strong integrity, decisive and have excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to draft and negotiate legal documents
- Arabic speaking
