| Key Responsibilities |
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and control Registration and Licensing and operations of the Registrar's office
- Preparation of Business Strategy and Operational Plans
- Continuous development and improvement of business procedures and IT systems - optimum use of available resources
- Implements and monitors goals, policies, procedures and operating procedures
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develops policies and strategies for financial management
- Developing a client focused Registration and Licensing Department that exceed agreed SLAs
- Recommends and implements legal policies and procedures
- Provides commercial advice, planning, financial analysis and evaluation for all projects
- Establishes and builds excellent client relationships
- Administers issuance of Certificates of Incorporation, Shares and Shares Affairs
- Management of Trade Licenses and adoption of best practices
- Responsible for offshore registration, LLC, Branch companies etc.
- Evaluation and approval of new companies registration
- Ensure updated information on companies and acts as a focal point for all companies, other free zones and Governmental institutions
- Thorough knowledge on quality management and leads the quality initiative
- Provides Leadership and directions for achievement of business objectives and goals
- Involved with and recommends on matters related to recruitment, termination and promotion of staff
