Our Client, a semi-government entity is looking to recruit a Manager, Compliance and Assurance for their operations in Dubai.

| Key Responsibilities |
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise daily operations of the Compliance and Assurance Department
- Ensure companies operate in line with stipulated Laws and Regulations
- Plan and develop business strategy and operational plans
- Periodical inspections on operations of companies
- Review of inspection reports and evaluation of offences
- Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures
- Due diligence to ensure quality customers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for compliance and corrective action
- Pursues, establishes and builds excellent client relationships

| Key Attributes |
- 5-7 years in a similar role
- BA, LL.B
- Indepth knowledge of company and employment regulations and ability to make decisions on penalties for breach of Licensing and Employment regulations
- Indepth knowledge of registration, Licensing, leasing of companies
- Experience in Quality management and ISO
- Arab National preferred with excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Analytical thinker
- Knowledge of UAE Federal and Commercial Law
