Job Description

Our Client, a large diversified private group in Dubai is looking to recruit a Facility and Project Manager for their team based out of the Corporate Head Office.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities
  • Centralize facility management and maintenance functions
  • Ensure proper resource allocation to various properties owned by the group i.e, Factories, Warehouses, Villas and Apartments.
  • Manpower planning and performance monitoring of the team
  • Project management for future expansion and new build projects for the Group.
  • Vendor and supplier development for raw materials with strong cost controls and process definitions.
  • Liaision with Contracors and Governmental bodies for approvals.
Key Attributes
  • Civil Engineering or equivalent degree holder
  • Experience in Facility Management and Construction projects.
  • 10+ years of minimum experience.
Salary 25,000
