Our client, a Diversified Group based in Dubai, has a requirement for a Legal Executive to join their corporate office.  The position will be reporting to the Head of the Legal department.

 The purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Legal in all areas of Corporate law, Commercial law and research, facilitating the growth and progression of the department.

• Responsible for dealing with all areas of Corporate Governance and Joint Ventures.
• Drafting and reviewing legal agreements, such as, Shareholder and Tender agreements.
• Liaising with external lawyers on Corporate and Commercial legal issues.
• Researching UAE law in order to provide sound legal advice and offer the organisation viable procedures and solutions.
• Researching company legal history in order to make comparisons with previous cases and improve or revise the course of action to be taken.
• Working with the department to facilitate and assist them in progression.
• Presenting all findings which will contribute to the final legal decision.
• Translation of documents.

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Law
• Minimum of five years post qualification experience with a background in Corporate and Commercial law.
• Good attention to detail with strong researching skills.
• Ability to handle things independently and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Ambitious and career oriented.
• Excellent translation skills required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
