Job Description	Our client a well known Travel and Tourism specialist is looking to recruit a GENERAL MANAGER for their operations in Dubai. This position reports to the Director. The purpose of the role is to manage the overall operations and ensure a structured and result driven organization.
Key Responsibilities	Provide strategic direction based on company plans and objectives Create a motivated and committed workforce Develop and implement policies and procedures Keep the management abreast on developments and initiate growth initiatives Initiate a performance based incentive scheme to ensure targets are achieved Develop and create a competitive environment and ensure value add to the bottom line
Key Attributes	4-5 years experience in a similar industry Masters Degree Structured and result driven individual Excellent communication skills
Salary	AED 25,000/-
