| Job Description |
An effective and
focused approach is sough for one of our prestigious clients. The role of the
Business Planning Manager is to provide business planning,
coordination and project management support to the various projects under
management.

| Key Responsibilities |
Lead the development of business concept ideas from inception to completion,
including all business and operational aspects.
Screen Consultants and Financial submission, and coordinate with internal
divisions and external resources to ensure successful completion.
Assisting in the implementation of Business Planning for all Projects
Preparing presentations for Business Reviews/Meetings
Leveraging best practice in resources and processes and ensuring its
implementation

| Key Attributes |
Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
7 to 10 years experience 2 years, of which in a real estate development
company or related consulting firm.
Experience should include business and project development from inception to
completion.
Highly customer focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a core competency in managing and developing rational, numbers driven
plans
Should posses an analytical approach
