Our client, an Internationally acclaimed Healthcare organisation in Dubai, have an immediate requirement for a Human Resources Director.  The position reports to the CEO of the hospital and is a challenging yet enjoyable assignment for the right candidate.

The purpose of the role is to take overall responsibility for ensuring Human Capital is optimised to ensure the quality of the hospital is second to none.  Supporting a strong international workforce and providing guidance to senior management and employees.

• Creating and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
• Implementing and reviewing performance management systems.
  
• Controlling manpower planning and recruitment budgets.
• Responsibility for recruitment, selection and employee retention.
• Undertaking job evaluations and performance appraisals.
• Liaising with department managers with regard to requirements in training and development.
• Reviewing Compensation and Benefit packages
  
• Issuance of Employee Contracts and Terms and conditions.
• Overall responsibility for employee accommodation.
  

• A graduate in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 3 years experience heading the HR function.
• Previous experience in a Healthcare facility is preferred.
• Working within a Healthcare facility with JCAHO/JCI Accreditations is a definite plus.
  
• Articulate with excellent writing skills.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and have an ability to motivate and influence others.
• American or European Nationals will be given preference.
