Our client a well established Well Diversified Business Group with a keen interest in Real Estate Development has an immediate requirement for a highly experienced, result driven General Manager to run their operations in Egypt.

The assignment calls for the management of the following although is not limited to it:

• Plan, develop and implement strategy to meet organizational performance plans agreed budgets and timescales for the Real Estate and Property Development arm of the business.
• Create and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
• Plan and implement sales, customer retention and development using a CRM.
• Manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
• Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy for the enhancement of the real estate business.
• Recruit, supervise, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy.
• Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems.
• Administer relevant reporting to shareholders and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
• Select and monitor external agencies.
• Oversee R&D and new business development.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities
• Plan and conduct internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of company strategy pertaining to

• A seasoned General Manager preferably from the FMCG, Banking, Automobile or from a Real Estate background.
• At least 10 years post qualification experience in the field of General Management
• Fluency in English both written and spoken mandatory. Arabic speaker preferred
• A highly motivated and result focused individual with strong commercial acumen mandatory.
