Our client an accomplished Property Developer in the UAE is looking to recruit a well-qualified, result-oriented and seasoned candidate to assume the role of Assistant General Manager - Operations.

To qualify for this role the candidate will be experienced in the following dimensions:

• Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.
• Establish the performance goals, allocate resources from within.
• Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company services.
• Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company objectives
• Share responsibilities in reviewing, developing and disseminating the corporate mission and vision among the workforce.
• Benchmark with the best practices of similar companies in the industry and identify measures to bridge the gaps to improve company performance and building a world class organization.
• Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of different departments involved with service delivery
• Guide the staff in conceptualizing programs and activities within a logical framework to achieve attainable objectives with measurable results.
• Develop and implement systems for monitoring and evaluation service.
• Ensure compliance program management processes to effectively monitor, control and manage.
• Promote a work culture with cordial relations that foster individual growth, team spirit and creativity.
• Lead development of training and development initiatives

• Ideally from a large conglomerate, overseeing in operational management mandate
• With excellent man management skills
• GCC experience a prerequisite
• Experienced driver of excellence through people
• Excellent communication, ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
• Demonstrated strength in Planning, CRM. Process Mapping and problem solving.
