A Vice President Audit and Compliance is sought for a progressive and growing organisation. The assignment calls for a well qualified and experienced candidate who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification, the position reports to the Head of Financial Planning.

The purpose of the role is to streamline, evaluate and incorporate shareholding regulatory and non regulatory structure, ensuring that internal controls are implemented to maximise the performance of the companies.

• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.
• Review and initiate performance matrix for maximum productivity
• Contributing to strategic planning and development of businesses ensuring that companies are working at maximum output
• Overseeing company insurance, licensing, contracts and agreements
• legal areas and activities, corporate level negotiations as and when required
• Managing and Structuring of Shareholding companies for benefits of performance
• Ensuring Internal Audit is managed appropriately with stringent internal controls policies and procedures being in place.

• A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary
• 5 + years of post qualification experience in large group and or multinational
• 3 + years in a similar role.
• Experience in Audit and Compliance is required
• Experience working in an internal audit capacity overseeing compliance is a prerequisite.
