Our client, a diversified group of companies with a prominent real estate focus, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Manager, Public Relations to join their operations in Dubai. The position will report to the Head of Corporate Communications.

The purpose of this role is to maintain excellent relations with the Arab Media throughout the GCC, to facilitate the managing of press representation through the Arab Press.

• Implementing the organisations overall strategic PR plan. 
• Writing and researching pertinent information which will contribute to strong PR 
• Preparing and issuing regular Press Releases including clarifications maintaining strong connections with Arab Media throughout the GCC Region.
• Creating special features such as corporate stories and interviews.
• Writing, translating and proofreading all Arabic Press  Releases and Documents
• Directing PR campaigns, for the organisation and ensuring the attendance of Press from the UAE and GCC.
• Coordinating extensively with external agencies, including PR, Marketing and Advertising agencies.
• Build an extensive network of connections with Media Professionals and key Journalists.

• Bachelors Degree in Media, Journalism or Mass Communication preferred
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive Media connections with Arab Media throughout the GCC region is essential.
• Experience in Journalism a definite advantage
• Ability to coordinate with external agencies is essential.
• Must have excellent organisational skills to manage PR campaigns for maximum impact
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Arabic.
