Job Description	Our Client, a Large Multinational Manufacturing entity in UAE is looking to recruit a Manager - Systems & Processes for their operations in Dubai. The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing unit to be exceedingly productive while keeping high quality standards and mitigating costs.
Key Responsibilities	Review and update the Systems and Process Manual Coordinate Standard Procedures Determine process improvement opportunities to re-engineer and strengthen business processes Influence senior management to champion process improvements. Serve as a catalyst for positive change
Key Attributes	Experience in a manufacturing or trading environment Worked in an Audit or Advisory firm handling Business Process alignment and re-alignment Qualifications in Finance will facilitate the functionality as effective
Salary	AED 20,000/-
