Our client, a Semi-Government organisation in Dubai, have an urgent requirement for a Property Investor Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Property, the purpose of the role is to develop excellent relationships with investors, ensuring that the highest level of service is being offered by the organisation.

• Plays a major role in the development and implementation of department strategies.
• Developing and recommending additional value added services to investors.
• Providing high end service to investors including, developing strong relationships, conducting visits to properties, addressing concerns and resolving situations.
• Managing all supporting documents, ensuring that all agreements are prepared and signed within given timeframes.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure compliance with the legal department.
• Preparing and submitting accurate reports on land sale and lease transactions.
• Having a thorough and in-depth knowledge of property transactions.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior role within Property Leasing and Licensing.
• Experience within Governmental departments would be an advantage.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills are essential.
• Organisational skills with the ability to work towards deadlines.
• Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred.
