Our client, as part of their expansion plans, is looking to recruit an experienced and results driven Head of Operations.

To qualify for this role the candidate will be currently working within a large conglomerate reporting to the CEO and managing the day to day operations within the firm efficiently and like clockwork.

• Oversee complete customer relations of the business.
• Overlook the legal side of the business relating to sales and purchase agreements.
• Accuracy of contracts administration to guarantee quality of delivery to tenants, avoiding discrepancies.
• Management of payment collections being received in a timely manner.
• Overseeing agent management and enhancing the quality of performance continuously
• Enhancing the quality of service and CRM by overlooking the IT department for delivery excellence.
• Playing an integral role with that of the HR Department, sharing insight to improve morale, quality and growth of people in the organisation.

• Professionally qualified with an MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years experience required.
• A mentor and leader who ensures delivery of expert service.
• Experience in firms related to the Service Industry, Real Estate and/or Property Development
• Strong and effective people management skills are necessary.
