Our client, a diversified group company, have an immediate requirement of a highly experienced Vice President Project Finance.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, the purpose of the role is to monitor and manage the quality and cost of various projects across MENA Region.

• Conduct and Evaluate Tenders for quality, feasibility and delivery levels
• Working closely with Quality and Finance to track and update financing, costs and delivery.
• Dealing with multiple suppliers and contractors and internal project management teams
• Management Information System (MIS)Reporting
• Experienced in working on multiple projects finance i.e. 10 - 12 at a time
• In charge of project cost control, reviews and resolving issues or disputes with consultants and contractors.
• Conducts project feasibilities estimates, detailed project cost estimates, individual and corporate project budgets and cash flow.

• This is a senior role and requires extensive multiple project financial management skills
• A Civil Engineer with an MBA in Finance a must
• Minimum of at least 12 years experience in a Project Finance Role Senior Level
• Presently managing 10 to 12 Multiple high rise Project's Finance with a minimum of G+45
• Hands on approach necessary, Time line driven
• Ability to manage and coordinate with teams
• Excellent negotiation skills with contractors
• A PMP is a definite advantage though not a necessity
• Ages between 38 to 44 years
