Purpose Statement

The purpose is to recruit enthusiastic and result oriented Executive Search - Consultants, experienced using the Head Hunting Approach to enhance the careers of candidates and assist our clients to achieve their business results.

To qualify for the role the candidates will be sales driven and target oriented and have a passion for the recruiting industry. Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment is preferred.

• Developing new business opportunities.
• Strong ability to understand client's requirement with clarity.
• Developing project plans.
• Headhunting approach.
• Monitoring the progress of the project plan
• Ensuring timely results are achieved and action is taken.
• Conducting in-depth, face to face interviews.  
• Overall providing a high level of service and value addition to your clients and candidates

• Possessing a strong and confident consultative approach.
• Experienced in Head Hunting, for Mid to Senior level Management roles.
• Research ability.
• Driven individual with high energy and motivation.
• Target and results oriented.
• 2 years experience working in a recruitment consultancy.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Fluency in English is essential.
