| Job Description | Our client, a Semi-Government Healthcare organisation in Dubai have an urgent requirement for a Manager - Customer Protection Unit. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Healthcare Standards, Regulations and Procedures are accurately and diligently followed thereby minimising customer complaints. In the event of complaints against the organisation then they will act as a mediator between the licensee and customer to effectively resolve the issue in the best interest of both parties. |
