Our client, a Government Public Services Organisation, have an immediate requirement for an Inspection Manager - UAE National, to join their highly qualified team in Dubai.

The purpose of this role will be to take responsibility for all aspects of development and administration pertaining to Inspection efforts.  Ensuring Road Safety and Mobility throughout the Emirate of Dubai, maintaining a control on all projects and addressing all customer feedback and concerns.

• Provide leadership and management to assigned functions, departments and projects.
• Attend meeting with Dubai Officials, serving as a member of the Executive Team and acting as an interface and first point of contact for this division of the organisation.
• Develop budgets, schedules and project action plans.
• Investigate complaints and assign penalties for unauthorised restrictions.
• Manage all inspection functions and establish systems and procedures to exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Receive and respond to all feedback and requests from the public concerning the provision of services.
• Submit regular work progress reports to the Director.
• Develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS)
• Perform any other related duties as and when required.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Traffic System Operation Management and Inspection procedures.
• Ability to effectively plan, direct and evaluate work carried out.
• Excellent report writing, presentation and public speaking skills in both English and Arabic.
• Must have excellent knowledge of system administration and technical standards.
