Our Client, a Dubai Government public services provider is looking to recruit a Manager - Roads, Structures and Facilities for the division.

The purpose of the role is to maintain road structures and technology systems and all related facilities to the highest possible standards.

• Responsible for management of all departments within the roads, infrastructure and utilities division.
• Manage the maintenance of bridges and tunnels.
• Maintenance of all Electromechanical equipment such as cameras, emergency phones and firefighting equipment.
• Identify and obtain required permissions from Government authorities like Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and Dubai Municipality.
• Check and monitor all pavement conditions.
• Handle permission and approval of projects related to roads, bridges, diversions and services.
• Ensure the completion of projects within a specified timeframe.
• Manage the inspection team to ensure proper and established safety guidelines are adhered to as required by contractors and developers.

• UAE National's only.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Structures and building facilities maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, fluency in English is essential.
