Our client a well reputed Semi Government organization is looking for a Manager Roads Maintenance - UAE National Only for their Dubai based headquaters.

Responsible for managing the routine inspection and maintenance either internally or by the use of contractors including the management and evaluation of contractors and consultants.

• Develop roads maintenance plans by setting the numeric goals and key initiatives.
• Review of designs (design maintainability review) for other departments as and when requested.
• Manage, execution, and supervision of projects.
• Review the initial and the final design for continuing maintainability and submit recommendations to the requesting Department, participate in these reviews as and when requested.
• Manage footpath maintenance and repair of guard rails and fences.
• Manage Asphalt & Earthworks maintenance.
• Manage the contract and the contract renewal procedure in order to ensure that all technical, contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements are addressed.
• Facilitate the Management Review on maintenance planning issues, performance, inspection and progress.
• Mobilize available resources, through liaison with support departments and other offices.
• Work with other Managers and Project Engineers to develop schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, Engineering Planning and Management.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with data analysis and site development review.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in both English and Arabic.
