Our client, a Government Authority in Dubai, have an urgent requirement for a Financial Advisor to the Chairman and CEO in their Corporate office.

The purpose of the role is to analyse the efficiency of Corporate Finance systems.  The successful candidate will provide information and financial advice to the Chairman and CEO to ensure financial projects are meticulously planned and monitored and associated risks are minimised.

• Advise in the development of the annual budget, recommending specific adjustments to the Chairman and CEO.
• Benchmark the performance of the organisation against international standards.
• Provide advice in the employment of external finance auditors and consultants.
• Advise on all financial projects that may affect the overall financial operations of the organisation.
• Ensure that the Corporate Finance systems and processes comply with all Financial laws and regulations of the UAE.
• Review, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all financial policies, plans and procedures.
• Work closely with the Auditing and Finance Department to evaluate the efficiency of financial software.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Financial Economics or Accounting
• Professional Qualification, CMA, CFA, CA or CPA
• 12 years of experience in a large service organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, financial management functions, reporting and performance evaluation.
• Outstanding communication and report writing skills in English and Arabic are a must.
