Our client, a Semi-Government organisation in Dubai, have an immediate requirement for an Investment Expert to work directly with the CEO.

The purpose of the role is to provide advisory services to the CEO determining appropriate financial structures required for funding major transport projects.

• Will provide advice on the following areas;
• Project Finance Structuring
• Financial Feasibility
• Due Diligence and Risk Analysis
• Contract Review
• Cost Monitoring
• Developing strong, long term relationships with local authorities such as Investment Banks and Public and Private Sector clients.
• Creating and implementing strategies for partnering with Private Sector organisations.
• Conduct valid Risk Assessments for all partnerships which may be entered into.
• Assess all sponsors for their Financial Management capabilities and internal control mechanisms.

• PHD Qualification in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Banking
• 13 years in Corporate Finance, with a minimum of 8 years experience in a Senior role managing Project Finance.
• Advising on organisational needs and strategic direction.
• Thorough knowledge of concepts and principles is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are a must.
