Our client, a Diversified Group based in Dubai, has a requirement for a Real Estate Lawyer to join their organisation. 

The purpose of the role is the coordination of all legal aspects of Real Estate projects and transactions.

• Providing best legal support to the organisation.
• Reviewing of all legal contracts with regard to sales, purchasing and bidding.
• Drafting contracts for the lease and sale of property.
• Managing legal risks, liaising with other departments and interfacing with external lawyers.
• Communicating with Government authorities on any Real Estate issues.
• Litigation support for the department.
• Consultation with respect to property transactions.
• Skilled in Negotiation and Arbitration.

• Bachelors Degree in Law.
• Minimum of five years post qualification experience with a background in Real Estate law.
• Good attention to detail with strong researching skills.
• Ability to handle things independently and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Ambitious and career oriented.
• Excellent translation skills required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
