Our client, a Manufacturing Organisation based in Dubai, has a requirement for an experienced Lawyer to join their organisation. 

The purpose of the role is the coordination of all legal aspects in relation to Manufacturing. You will be providing best legal support to the organisation and previous experience in Manufacturing is essential.

• Providing support and a strong legal framework for the organisation.
• Drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements such as;
• Memorandum of Understanding and Association
• Non Disclosure Agreements
• Confidentiality Agreements
• Technology Transfer Agreements
• Distribution Agreements
• Completing Legal Research with a sound knowledge of UAE Law to provide sound legal advice and solutions. 
• Managing legal risks, liaising with other departments and interfacing with external lawyers.
• Skilled in Negotiation and Arbitration.

• Bachelors degree in Law.
• Minimum of five years post qualification experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry in a legal role is essential.
• Good attention to detail with strong researching skills.
• Excellent translation skills required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
