Job Description

Our client, a Government Infrastructure organisation in Abu Dhabi have an urgent requirement for an Assistant Manager - Strategic Sales and Contracts.

The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial Manager in the development of Strategic Partnerships and manage existing business relationships promoting long term exponential growth for the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying potential clients and business partners.
  • Developing value added services and maintaining client relationships.
  • Managing the process from New Business Development to the signing of the partnership contract.
  • Developing Strategic Market studies on new areas of business to develop.
  • Leading the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool Implementation.
  • Meeting with existing and potential clients and ensuring that all meetings are documented and recorded.
  • Proactively develop Value Proposition for clients.
  • Ensure extensive follow up and communication on all quotations and proposals. 
Key Attributes
  • Bachelors Degree  from a recognised University
  • 7 years of experience in a Commercial position within Supply Chain, Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
  • Experience within the Railway field is preferred.
  • Terminal and Ports experience will also be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Salary AED 39,000/- plus Medical, Air Ticket and Children's Education Allowance
