Our client, a Government Authority specialising in Manufacturing have an immediate requirement for a Recruitment Manager - UAE National, to join their growing team in Al Ain.

The purpose of the role is to manage the internal recruitment function, understand Department requirements, identify top talent for the growth of the organisation and create exceptional career opportunities for UAE Nationals.

• Providing professional Recruitment support to Line Managers.


• Gaining clarity of requirements by preparing accurate and impactful job descriptions.


• Implementing recruitment for effective and appropriate talent acquisition.


• Developing creative sourcing solutions for specific positions.


• Screening and evaluating shortlisted applicants.


• Conducting face to face interviews with prospective candidates. 


• Making recommendations to Department Managers of interviewed candidates.


• Evaluating applicants through the development of testing and assessment.


• Recruitment of Engineering mandates as business that of Manufacturing.


• Training and support of internal recruitment team.


• Managing deadlines with precision.


• Dealing with external agencies to deliver skilled candidates.


• Delivering recruitment mandates with skilled talent pool.

• Bachelors Degree from a recognised University


• Minimum of 6 years experience in a senior recruitment role.


• Knowledge of Engineering recruitment is essential


• Previous experience in a MNC or Private organisation.


• Dynamic and career oriented individual with a passion for recruitment.
