It is mandatory however, that during the course of engagement with the service-product being delivered there is constant communication of the outcomes and results being achieved.
It has been known that engagement is a two sided affair and requires an honouring of both parties being in communication, via email and or during the delivery of the service-product. The proper processes are made available by focus direct Management Consultants in the way the programs-service are delivered.
In the event of proof and mutual agreement by both parties focus direct Management Consultants will refund 100% of the value of the service-product.
A customer can request a refund in the period of 14 days from the start of the program.
